Terms & Conditions
- All shipping fee are Non- Refundable
- If you wish to Return Merchandise for a Refund, you are responsible for shipping fees and 15% Restocking Fee (within 7 days)
- If Return is received after 10 days of the “Delivered Confirmation” date, they will be a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your Refund
- If your Costume Jewelry arrived damage please contact us immediately. * Provide proof of damages via shevefashion@gmail.com
- If items are being Exchanged, you are responsible for shipping them back to us. We will ship back your Exchange items to us
- In the event of a natural disaster that delays the postal service, item received after 14 days restocking fee will be WAIVED
- In the event of a free “Promo for free shipping,” $7.95 will be deducted from Refund if Return/Exchange
- If you refused any shipment from “SHEVE” you will be held responsible for the original shipping of “Promo free shipping” or any other Cost associated with Shipping fees.
SHEVE Reserves the right to determine eligibility for Returns. We at SHEVE want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases so, therefore there are exceptions made in certain cases.
