Shipping fees are non- refundable
If you refuse any shipping from Shevefashion.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received the package, you must contact the carrier for resolution.
In the event your order is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
After your payment is authorized and verified, processing can take 5 – 7 days to ship your order with the exception of weekends or Holidays.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Unfortunately we do not offer International Shipping, at this time.
